Development of a new type of phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant to promote flame retardant upgrades


As a widely used material in various fields, the flame retardancy of plastics has always been a key concern in the industry.

Recently, a new type of high-performance phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant has been successfully developed. This flame retardant exhibits excellent application effects in plastic products, providing strong support for the flame retardant upgrade of the plastics industry.

 

As a material widely used in various fields, the flame retardant properties of plastics have always been a key concern in the industry. At the same time, this flame retardant can also give plastic products good antioxidant and stability properties, and is not prone to aging and performance degradation in high-temperature environments, extending the service life of plastic products.

 

The successful development of this new type of phosphorus-based halogen-free flame retardant not only solves the environmental problems of traditional halogen-containing flame retardants but also improves the comprehensive performance of plastic products. Currently, this flame retardant has been trial-used in the production of some plastic pipes, plastic films, and other products, and the market feedback has been good. Industry insiders say that with the further promotion and application of this flame retardant, it will promote the plastics industry to develop in a more environmentally friendly and safer direction.
